Hi, I’m Ted.
I work at the intersection of education, technology, and user adoption.
I began my career as a K–12 educator and technology integration coach, supporting teachers as they adopted new tools and instructional workflows. Since then, I’ve worked in EdTech client success and customer education, helping organizations design training, onboarding, and support systems that actually get used.
What I Work On
My focus is on training and adoption—how people learn new tools, build confidence, and integrate technology into their daily work.
That includes onboarding structures, customer education, instructional content, and hands-on support for educators and professional users.
Experience, in Practice
Across roles, my work has included:
• Supporting K–12 districts and higher-education partners on EdTech platforms
• Designing onboarding and training workflows to reduce friction and ramp-up time
• Delivering workshops, demos, and professional learning sessions
• Creating instructional content used by large, distributed audiences
• Helping users adopt emerging tools, including AI-supported workflows
The environments vary, but the work is consistent: helping people move from access to confident use.
How I Approach Learning
I approach learning as a practical design problem.
When adoption struggles, it’s usually not a motivation issue. It’s a clarity issue. Effective training respects real constraints, reduces complexity, and connects learning directly to the tasks people already have to do.
Context
I’ve done this work across K–12 education, EdTech customer success, technology integration, and creator-led learning platforms. I’m often most effective in roles that require translating between educators, product teams, and end users.
