Akili Academy’s Ted Gould III was featured in Verizon Innovative Learning Schools’ (VILS) virtual conference earlier this year for his course on remixing music in the classroom. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the limitations it placed on traditional music education, Gould created an innovative music technology course. Gould was able to do this by using software on the Chromebooks provided by the VILS program.
